90 Second Bread


Description

Easy Keto 90 Second Bread recipe for a perfect low carb bread solution that doesn’t taste eggy and only has 5 ingredients. Low carb, keto, gluten free


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • Seasonings of choice (I used rosemary)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Put butter in mug and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
  2. Take out and mix in almond flour, baking powder, egg, sour cream and seasonings. Microwave for 90 seconds. Bread should be falling off sides of mug.
  3. Turn over and take out then slice in half or thirds (I prefer thirds).
  4. Toast on pan in butter.

Notes

When you pull this out of the mug, it will be relatively tall, so you can either cut it in half or cut it in thirds. I like to cut it in thirds because it is relatively dense and very filling. Usually I will then make another one and save both thirds for later or I will just use the third I cut off one to make a mini pizza or something.
