Ingredients

- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 2 avocados
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Enjoy.
Notes
Feel free to add ingredients. Some good additions include: chopped green onion, jalapeño, cumin, cabbage, quinoa, mango.
