Ingredients

- 2 cans black beans
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 jalapeno, minced (seeds removed if desired)
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- juice of 1/2 lemon, more to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or more as needed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth. If too thick, add more olive oil.
- Put hummus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
