Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 jalapeno, minced (seeds removed if desired)
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • juice of 1/2 lemon, more to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or more as needed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth. If too thick, add more olive oil.
  2. Put hummus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
