The world’s best food becomes the world’s best sauce.


  • 3 medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • S&P to taste


  1. Cut and remove pit from avocado.
  2. Add avocado, garlic and lemon juice to food processor.
  3. Add in 1/4 cup of olive oil.
  4. Blend.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.


You can add other flavors to perfect this sauce for your dish, this is just a blank canvas. Try different combos: cilantro for tacos or enchiladas, green onions, basil for pasta or bread, parsley, whatever suits you.

The sauce is naturally thick. If you want it a little thinner, you can add a little water.
