Description

A healthy version of Tater Tots, these Cauliflower Tots are made with Cauliflower instead of potato for the perfect Fauxtato Tot then baked. A healthy version of a classic favorite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add riced cauliflower to a bowl and put in microwave for 5 minutes to dry out.
  3. Add egg and mix well, then add in shredded cheese and onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
  4. Form into tots and put on greased baking sheet, silicone baking mat or lightly greased parchment paper.
  5. Cook in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, then flip and cook another 15-20 minutes until tots are golden brown.
  6. Garnish with Parsley. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
