A Keto Chili Cheese fries recipe?! It’s about time. Bringing back all that chili cheese fry nostalgia with this delicious low carb comfort food.
Ingredients
3 cups jicama fries (found here)
2 cups chili (canned or use this homemade version)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
For topping:
sour cream or Crema
green onions
avocado
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Layer cooked jicama fries onto a baking sheet or platter. Top with chili and cheddar cheese. Cook for 10 minutes until cheese is melty. You can finish it under the broiler for a few minutes if you want the cheese golden brown.
Top with desired toppings such as sour cream, green onions, etc.
