Of course! But as I work really hard to develop, test and photograph my recipes, I ask that you give me credit and link back to my site for the recipe instructions. For just a recipe, you can link back to the recipe instructions on Mince Republic. On a photo, I ask that you link back to both the recipe on the site and mincerepublic.com.
What’s your food background?
Lots of eating, mostly. I don’t have any professional training or experience cooking, just lots of trial and error hours logged in the kitchen and an interest in good tasting food. To read more about how my interest in food developed, you can read that here.

Why didn’t your recipe work for me?
I’m not sure. I test the recipes to ensure that they’re accurate but sometimes ovens or kitchen devices work differently and that can change things. If something doesn’t work for whatever reason, please feel free to reach out and send me an email so I can try to help figure it out.
How many times do you test the recipe?
At least twice but as many times as necessary. Sometimes I get it right quickly and other times it takes a bit longer.
