Two ways to make an easy keto Chocolate Mousse, the perfect low carb dessert that couldn’t be easier to make!
Sometimes you just gotta satisfy your sweet tooth. I get it.
I’m much more of a savory food person myself but occasionally I do get a sweet tooth. This is a super easy way to fix that.
Being that it is the middle of Summer here in Southern California and it’s a blistering 100+ degrees most days which means that we’re all sweating and no one really wants to turn an oven on to bake anything sweet, this is awesome in a pinch.
It’s also really easy to make for a crowd or to enhance and change the flavor. It can also be low carb or keto friendly if that’s something that interests you.
Chocolate Mousse Recipe Notes
This can be made two different ways: the really simple way or the simple way which is still easy but just a little more work.
If you’re really particular about specific ingredients, I will recommend version #2 . If you’re looking for a quick fix then version #1 is really about as easy as it gets.
Some Chocolate Mousse Recipe Ideas
Consider adding in some different flavors to change up the flavors here. Add in some fruit or jam in layers along with the chocolate mousse. Top with chocolate shavings or fruit, add some caramel sauce or some torn mint on top. Add a little booze to your whipped cream on top.
There are plenty of different ways to jazz this up and change the flavor profile to whatever mood you’re in.
