Keto Coaching – $100
This plan is for someone who is interested in starting Keto and needs someone to help them get started and have a support system to keep them on track.
- Initial Goals Consultation. We will discuss your goals and what you’d like to accomplish and work on formulating a plan to crush your goals!
- Macro Calculation. I will help you calculate your macros and create a personalized plan for protein, carbs and fat which will be based on your gender, age, weight, height and body fat percentage.
- Quick Start Guide. You will receive a document giving you tips and tricks for starting Keto and getting into Ketosis.
- 30 days of unlimited coaching access. You can email me, message me or text me any questions you may have about the diet, what to eat, recipe suggestions, etc.
- Weekly Progress Check in. We will do a weekly check in to track the progress you’ve made, ensuring that we’re on the right track and making any adjustments that may be needed.
- Weekly Food Log Review. I will review your food logs weekly and make sure you’re on the right track and getting in the food you need to be successful.
Continued Keto Coaching – $45/month
If you would like to continue to receive keto coaching month to month with unlimited support and messaging, this is the option for you. You will receive updated macro calculations as your body changes, weekly progress check ins, weekly food log reviews and unlimited messages for coaching.
*Please note this option can only be selected after you’ve already purchased the “Keto Coaching” package as this is the initial consult. The Keto continued coaching is for those who wish to keep receiving support and coaching after the initial month.
Macro Calculation – $10
If you want to get started on Keto and feel like you’ve got a handle on it but just want someone to calculate your macros for you, this is the option for you. I will create a personalized plan for you based on your gender, age, weight, height and body fat percentage.
