These Keto Magic Bars with a Brookie Crust are made with delicious layers of cookies, brownies, condensed milk and other fun toppings. 100% keto and low carb plus very delicious! Gluten free, keto, low carb
This post is sponsored by Steviva who generously provided me with KetoseSweet+ so I could make some delicious magic bars. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
If extra was a dessert, I think this would definitely grace the top five most extra desserts of all time.
I mean, a magic bar is one thing. A cookie is another. Then a brownie is another on top of all that.
I’m a big fan of all three so I figured I’d combine them for something really delicious.
These magic bars are made up of four main components:
1) a cookie layer
2) a brownie layer
3) condensed milk
4) a combo of coconut, pecans and chocolate chips
Often times, desserts are hit or miss on keto. Some people really like to avoid the artificial sweeteners altogether, others don’t mind and still others would indulge but they have poor reactions to them.
I’m using Steviva’s KetoseSweet+ as my sweetener of choice here because it’s a keto friendly sweetener that is safe for a low-sugar diet and does not affect blood sugar levels. It contains allulose which is a rare natural sugar found in maple syrup, figs and raisins that has been shown to enhance fat metabolism. I like that it doesn’t have that traditional off-putting taste that some of the other sweeteners have.
You can check out Steviva on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or go to their website for more info.
In all realness, I’m just happy to be able to make some magic bars delicious without feeling like I need regular sugar. These are 100% as good as regular magic bars without being overly sweet like I sometimes find traditional desserts.
