Attending a BBQ Class hosted by Rad Fondo BBQ where we learned to make all kinds of delicious food including tri tip, pizza, ribs, pork tenderloin, fatties, Mac n’ cheese, etc.
My friends and I recently attended a BBQ and smoking class hosted by Rad Fondo BBQ. You can check out more about them here.
The basic premise of the class was: learn to cook some delicious food, eat said delicious food and drink some beers.
I mean, how could I say no?
It was a fun way to spend a Saturday, learning all kinds of different ways to smoke meat, pizzas and then things to make on the side as well.
I walked away from it wanting a smoker so that’s going on the wish list now!
Some of the things we had:
Tri-tip
Pork Tenderloin
Ribs
Pizza (this was fun and the smoker gives this a great crust)
A fatty (For those that don’t know, a fatty is basically ground beef or pork shaped into a log then stuffed with things like cheese. Ours was also wrapped in bacon)
